the Mentorship Experience
A calm, proven path to financial clarity, mastery, and peace.
READ THIS:
Before you begin, I want to share something that’s important to keep in mind as you step into this process:
Self doubt. This is a common and very natural response to learning something new that seems outside of our general sense of what is familiar to us.
You’re about to step into something that feels radically different from anything you’ve seen or tried before. It’s unconventional. Unfamiliar. And promising. And because it's new and different...it's natural for doubts, fear or hesitation to arise.
It’s human nature—and something I’ve seen almost everyone experience at first. But as you step into this process, you’ll quickly find that those initial doubts or concerns fade away and make room for confidence and clarity. If you notice them arise, know that they’re temporary and completely normal—they’ll pass as you acclimate.
After a lifetime of disappointments — from systems, strategies, or people — it’s easy to think,
“Can this really work for me? Can I really do this?”
But here’s what I’ve learned after mentoring over 300 people since 2011:
This method is based on unchanging principles. Like driving a car, using a smart phone or implementing a medical procedure. There's a process involved. Apply the process, get the results. So, it's important to know that this has not disappointed a single person who learned it and applied it faithfully.
The only disappointments I’ve ever seen came from those who didn’t follow the process—like someone misusing a perfectly good car. The method works. The key is how you use it. And that’s actually great news, because it means the power lies in your hands. It’s a choice. And where there’s a choice, there’s control.
And where there’s control, there’s freedom—the freedom to create outcomes, reclaim your time, shape experiences, and build a life that aligns with your vision and values.
My goal is to empower you with the kind of control that leads to intentional outcomes, meaningful experiences, and the time freedom to truly enjoy them—designed by you, for you. Together, we’ll create a life curated to your unique taste, vision, and desires.
This journey is about so much more than just results. It’s about embracing and enjoying the process of designing a life that reflects who you are and who you’re becoming—with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
So as you go through this experience, you may notice I repeat or reinforce certain things. I may ask you to watch a video, read something again, or sit with a point longer than feels “comfortable.”
Please know:
That’s not my ego.
That’s not filler.
That’s not repetition for repetition’s sake.
It’s deliberate.
I’m planting seeds — reinforcing truths you’ll need when doubt or distraction inevitably show up. Because they will. And when they do, you’ll be ready.
This is your armor — against self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and the invisible psychological traps that can derail progress unnecessarily.
If you ever find yourself feeling emotionally stuck, unsure, or mentally blocked, don’t hesitate — reach out to me directly. Text me as soon as you notice it. We’ll hop on a call or Zoom, and I’ll help you work through it. Together, we’ll uncover where it’s coming from, why it’s normal, and how to move past it.
These particular calls are not considered sessions. They’re happily provided at no cost and will never count against your allotted sessions. I believe actions speak louder than words, and this is my way of showing just how deeply I care, how invested I am, and how committed I am to you and the outcomes you came to me for.
Reaching out as soon as your mind starts to go off track is one of the most important steps you can take — and it’s often what separates those who succeed from those who allow themselves to get stuck. Greatness isn’t handed to us; it’s earned. And more often than not, the real challenges aren’t in the ‘doing’ but in the way we think.
Our minds can play tricks on us, imagining ‘what-if’ scenarios that rarely happen and creating obstacles that don’t exist. Those who achieve their goals understand this mental game and commit to getting the right support to stay focused on what truly matters.
So, part of your responsibility to your success is being willing to reach out when your momentum stalls — for any reason. It might never happen, but if it does, I want you to know this resource is here for you. Keep this in your arsenal and never let temporary doubt derail your progress.
So take this to heart:
Every piece of content I ask you to engage with has purpose.
Every video, every example, every message is there for a reason.
Every repetition is planting something you’ll need later — and may not even realize it yet.
You’re not just learning information. You’re being transformed.
And transformation begins in the mind — not the market.
Now that we’ve grounded that, let’s walk through how this will unfold for you — and why it’s simpler than it might seem.
Important context to how this started
As you may know by now, this didn’t begin as a business.
Years ago, a woman from my church — having seen my lifestyle and peace of mind — asked if I’d mentor her son after high school graduation. She knew I wasn’t retired or idle, just living with a sense of freedom and purpose. I’d taught Sunday school before and loved helping others, so I said yes.
I taught him informally — no slides, no system, just from my own experience. He succeeded. Word spread. Then another person asked. Then five. Then fourteen (not all at once initially). I wasn’t looking to build anything, but the demand found me.
By 2016, the informal mentoring snowballed into a formal program due to a larger group of people who wanted me to teach them came all at once. So, I created an online training and course — not as a product, but as a way to help more people efficiently, without compromising depth or quality. It was built from five years of live 1-on-1 instruction and over 16,000 trade reviews.
That data (results replicated by others from all types of backgrounds and expereince levels, most of whom had no previous experince) gave me the confidence in the methodology's capability and robust consistency. I had enough proof to know this worked — if applied properly.
And since then, it’s only grown.
Why I No Longer Do Group Teaching
For a time, I tried supporting people in groups. But I noticed a pattern:
In group settings, it’s easier for people to hide — to avoid asking for help, to delay progress, or to do things their own way behind the scenes.
So, I’ve transitioned. I went back to working one-on-one — with private, trackable mentorship.
This ensures clearer communication, better results, and a more respectful, reciprocal relationship.
I’m not in this to pressure anyone. I’m a steward, not a salesman. But I’ve learned that relational mentorship still requires structure — so both sides are honored.
What Makes This Different
This isn’t school.
This is a principle-based, skill-transfer mentorship — customized to your life.
No stress. No rigid schedule. Just 10–15 flexible hours per week (sometimes less if your schedule requires it), but it is on your own time.
And unlike most programs, I don’t spoon-feed you in safe little pieces. That’s not how lasting skill is transferred. This is immersive. It’s intentional. And I’ll explain why that matters — because it can feel overwhelming at first. That’s by design.
But trust me — it’s a short phase. And the feeling passes quickly.

It’s not just that this method is different — it’s designed to work with how real skill is actually acquired.
Even if it feels unfamiliar or unconventional at first… trust the structure.
You’ll quickly see why it works so well. Listen to their take on this unique experience...
The Pool Analogy: Why Immersion Feels Overwhelming — and How It Gets You Results Faster
Imagine someone learning how to swim.
They’re standing at the edge of the pool. The water feels cold, and they’re hesitant to get in. The instructor could spend 20 minutes convincing them to slowly dip their toes in and adjust to the temperature. But instead, the instructor walks them around the pool, calmly talking — then suddenly, they’re pushed into the deep end.
Panic sets in. They flail. They’re overwhelmed, concerned, maybe even afraid. They wonder how they found themselves there and whether they’ll even survive.
As they splash around, trying to stay afloat, they yell:
"I can’t do this!"
"I can’t swim!"
"I’m going to drown!"
But the instructor calmly replies:
“Have you noticed you’re not drowning?”
Then the instructor says:
“Relax. Focus. You’re not sinking, are you?”
Within 10–20 seconds, they realize it’s going to be okay. The initial shock of the cold fades. The sense of overwhelm disappears, and they hear instructions:
“Cup your hands. Paddle like this towards me — to the edge of the pool.”
And they begin to swim.
What felt overwhelming just seconds ago now feels possible. They’ve skipped past wasting 10–20 minutes of hesitation and slowly dipping their toes to acclimate.
Instead, they’re already doing what they thought they couldn’t.
That’s this mentorship.
Do you remember what Dr. Robert N. said in the last video about my teaching and learning style?
I’ve developed a way of doing things that respects your time and focuses on the most efficient way to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
It may not be what you think the process should look like, but as Dr. Robert N. said, you have to trust the process and commit to it. My approach is based on years of experience and research, and it’s designed to deliver the results I’ve built my reputation on.
I’m also working to responsibly and effectively collapse time on your behalf. Reaching your goals sooner is better than later — without rushing or cutting corners.
My approach is designed to feel like being pushed into the deep end. It’s not about rushing you or making things harder than they need to be — it’s about helping you acclimate faster.
Instead of wasting time easing into the process, I expose you to everything you need right away.
Yes, it may feel overwhelming at first. You’ll likely face moments of doubt, wondering if it’s too much or if you can handle it. That’s completely normal.
But here’s the truth:
That discomfort is part of the process. And it’s temporary. It will quicky pass.
You’ll realize very quickly:
“This is not only doable — it’s actually… simple.”
Incidentally, some videos can be a bit longer than most. Don't let that throw you off course. If at any time you feel you need to break up a specific training video into 2 or 3 parts, just to keep things manageable to fit within your particular schedule, that is totally okay.
Remember, this is meant to fit into your life and schedule, not the other way around. Slow and steady is what wins the race...though this isn't a race ;-)
final point about overwhelm
Overwhelm isn’t a sign you’re struggling or have a problem — it’s actually a sign you’re growing.
By diving into a process of learning that feels overwhelming, you save time and skip unnecessary, drawn-out steps. Acclimating quickly builds both confidence and momentum.
This method isn’t designed to feel easy. It’s designed to work. It gets you from where you are to where you want to be faster, without wasting time on methods that feel comfortable but are ultimately inefficient.
So when you feel that initial overwhelm, remember:
The process is working. You’re acclimating. You’re growing. Yes, you’re being stretched and pulled out of your comfort zone — and that’s exactly where all the magic happens.
And I’m here to guide you and shoulder your journey every step of the way.
Soon, you’ll look back and realize:
“This felt overwhelming at first, but now it’s simple, fun — and I’m genuinely enjoying how I’m moving forward and making a real impact in my life.”
So what happens next?
You’ll receive the invoice shortly (if you haven't already). Once that’s taken care of, I’ll reach out to schedule your private Welcome and Orientation session (this session does NOT count as any of your allotted sessions).
During this session I'll personaly walk you through your customized path and answer any questions that you may have.
We’ll go at a pace that respects and is sensitive to your time, clarity, and capacity — and as you’ll see, this becomes simpler and more empowering with each step.
Welcome aboard! I'm exctied to have you as part of our family.
I’m genuinely honored to be part of this chapter in your life and look forward to walking this path with you every step of the way.
Your success, growth, and happiness are my top priorities, and I can't wait to see everything we'll accomplish together.
Here's to a meaningful and inspiring journey ahead!
Warmest regards,
— Roger
